All witnesses purchase of interest, and suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Hey guys, welcome to another episode of Primetime Crime. It's Kylie. I am back for my week off, my hiatus week, and a lot has gone down since this last episode that I released, as far as right now at True Crime, So we're going to go ahead and dive right into that. So right after I released the episode, my last episode, which was on Friday before last, they came back with a verdict in the Kaitlin Armstrong trial and found her guilty, which we are so grateful for, so thankful for, and they sentenced her to ninety years in prison, meaning she is never going to get out. And the mom of Moe Wilson and the friend that she was staying with at the time of her murder both got up to give victim impact statements and they were both so so powerful, and I think that they both did a really good job conveying to the court, to the judge what was taken from them. And it was senseless. Like there's never a killing that I feel like isn't senseless, but this truly was so senseless, and it really just wasn't something that needed to happen. It never needed to happen like this. It was not something that was warranted whatsoever. So I'm so glad that they found her guilty, and I'm glad she is never going to get out of prison, even though you know, she's a Houdini escape artist and is going to try to do her best to flee and get out and get away, but she will not be successful because she is stupid. And that's pretty much all we can say about her. Moving on to I don't know. I've talked about this in the past, So if you guys don't listen to Crime Weekly with Derek Lavassar and Stephanie Harlowe, highly highly recommend their podcast. They also have a coffee company that they started about a year ago to not only provide coffee for their supporters, but also to help fund some cold cases that need the funding to be solved, DNA testing, all of the things. So they have officially solved their first case, and it is the case of the person that was nicknamed Preble Penny. They had been teasing for a while that there was going to be a press conference, and that press conference happened and I'm going to read the press release from this press conference. On May twenty fifth of nineteen sixty eight, the skeletal remains of an unidentified individual were located in Eton, Preble County, Ohio. According to the National Missing and Unidentified Person System nam US, children playing in a wooded area found a skull that was separated from a badly decomposed body trunk, with a left arm in tap, the fingers of which were hooked into a small tree. The lower right arm was missing. There was no clothing or jewelry. The skull was seventy five feet downstream from the trunk. The entire area had been swept away by high water within the previous few days. The initial coroner's assessment stated that the remains likely belonged to that of a white Caucasian female about thirty to fifty years old, and was believed to have died some time between nineteen sixty two and nineteen sixty eight. It was also determined by the same coroner that the woman could have had complications giving birth. Despite subsequent investigations, Prebble County authorities were unable to identify the remains at that time, and they were subsequently buried in Mount Hill Cemetery several decades later, per request of Detective Adam Turner and the Shelby Police Department, the remains were exhumed on August twenty eighth of twenty nineteen. Initial attack to extract any DNA profile were unsuccessful. Moxi Forensic Investigations received this case on August twenty fourth of two thousand and two. A sufficient DNA profile was obtained thanks to the collaborative efforts with Intermountain Forensics in Salt Lake City, Utah for obtaining a viable DNA extraction and sequencing this sample, and Saber Investigations LLC for Bioinformatics for the DNA upload. During laboratory analysis, it was determined that the individual was incorrectly categorized as a biological female during the original report. This individual is a biological male as determined by the y DNA that was discovered belonging to the remains. The DNA kit was uploaded to DNA database jedmatch dot com to undergo genealogical research. On March twenty eighth of twenty twenty three, Maxi Forensic Investigations release the identification to Shelby County, Ohio detective out of Turner on March two, twenty ninth, twenty twenty three as Albert Allen Frost. Albert Allen Frost was born January twenty fifth, nineteen thirty five, to Martin Van Buren Frost and Eva Catherine Berryman. He was the youngest of eight children born to this union. Past newspaper articles revealed Albert married for a short stint and had been arrested on larceny charges a few different times. He was a military veteran of the United States Army. He proudly served his country. In fact, he was known to wear his military issued army jacket everywhere. His last known contact was between nineteen sixty three and nineteen sixty four. His last known whereabouts were in Hamilton County Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio. Nieces and nephews of Albert referred to him as shy, not a talker, and would come in and out of their lives, never having a roof over his head. He was described as having dark hair, thin with a small frame, and was left handed. A nephew stated that he looked up to his uncle Albert and considered him sort of a rebel. Never adhering to any structure. He would get up and go as he pleased without any change of clothes except what was on his back. And Nie said he was often homeless and needed money from time to time, which her mother helped with. No record of Albert's death was ever recorded, and he was never listed or reported as an official missing person. It has been rumored that Albert was a victim of a homicide and was buried. So, after all of these years thinking that Preble Penny was a female, it turned out that Prebel Penny was Albert Allen Frost, and he finally has his name back. We'll never know what happened to him as far as what kind of death he met, but he has his name back, and that is what's most important, and that is why it is never too late to solve these cold cases. Moving on, in Elec Murdon News, he pled guilty to the financial crimes officially, and listening to Creighton Waters go through each one of those financial crimes one by one, it is truly wild what this man did and got away with for such a long time, But he did plead guilty to those and that is kind of where that stands. As far as the Idaho four Brian Coberger, they have decided that there will be cameras allowed in all things proceeding from here. The judge who is judge Judge has a YouTube channel and everything is going to be streamed live from his YouTube channel. True Crime in twenty twenty three. When the judge has a YouTube channel, you know, it's just wild to me. But catch me never working again while that trial is on, Like, it's going to be a struggle for me. I'm going to do it, but it's going to be a struggle. I'm going to have to literally just catch up as much as I can on the in between because there's no way that I'm missing any second of that trial. I Am going to be on a permanent coburger trial binge when it's all going on. Oh, going back to Elec Murdau, the judge, Judge Newman, he recused himself from any post trial emotions in the case. So due to the appeal and all of that stuff that's going on with the jury tampering things that have come forward, the judge is no longer going to be involved from a judge standpoint, because a lot of people are saying that he might end up being like a witness to all of that. Potentially maybe allegedly not in my opinion, just allegedly from what I've been hearing, But he has not excused himself from the financial crime aspect of things, so that is still ongoing. It's just from the actual like homicide trial thing and as far as like the appeal and the jury t and all of that. It is a mess and it is never ending drama with that trial. It's just never ever ever going to end. I feel like last thing I want to talk about real quick is Donald Adelson, who is the former mother in law of Dan Markle who was killed allegedly, not even alleged anymore. He's been charged killed by his former brother in law. And Donna is apparently involved, allegedly involved in this murder for higher plot. And she was officially booked into the Leon County jail and as of right now, her charges include first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, and solicitation to commit first degree murder. And she is age seventy three, So it doesn't matter how old you are. If you do shit wrong, you're going to eventually get caught for it, no matter who you are, what your age is, what your financial status is. She was on her way out of the country, like leaving the country to flee while her son is back in prison for murder as well. Because this family, the Adelsens, aren't good people apparently, So we'll definitely keep you guys updated on that. And with all of that, we are going to go ahead and lead into today's episode. Okay, guys, we are diving into a new case today. It technically is unsolved. Nobody has ever officially been charged with these murders. However, once we finished the episode, you're all very smart, You're going to be able to figure out and read between the lines what's going on here allegedly. So today we're going to talk about the thailand On murders that happened in Chicago in nineteen eighty two. Now, I have known about this case before, didn't really know like details until Crime Con twenty twenty two in Vegas and went to Candae Delong's session, And this is the case that she talked about because it was one of the first cases that she helped solve when she had first joined the FBI, and when she was telling it, it's just so weird to think that there were days when medication bottles tailan a bottles were not tamper proof and secure, and you could just open a bottle of tail and All and there would be no protective film over it or anything like that. It's really crazy to think that a time like that existed, but it did. And that is primarily why we have this episode covering the Thailand On murders, because that whole thing and many copycat cases led to their eventually being actual seal over the top of our medicine bottles that we still buy today in stores. So, like I said, this story takes place in Chicago in nineteen eighty two. It all started on September twenty eighth of nineteen eighty two, when a twelve year old girl named Mary Kellerman ended up being hospitalized after consuming a capsule of extra strength tilan All, and unfortunately she died the next day. She didn't feel good, probably had a headache, took tyland All, laid down and was dead in the next twenty four hours. Just horrible. And then September twenty ninth, so a day later, there were six other different people who had also taken tyland All, and they were Adam Janis, who was twenty seven, Stanley Janis, who was twenty five, and Teresa Janis who was twenty. They all had taken Tyland, all from the same bottle because they were family. They all lived together in the same Hiume household. And there was also another girl named Mary McFarland who was thirty one. Paula Prince who was thirty five, and Mary Reiner who was twenty seven also took Thailand. All and all passed away from the consumption of this til at all. I do now want to highlight a little bit more about the victims and talk a little bit more about them as people. So Mary Kellerman who was twelve, She was a seventh grader at Adams Junior High in Chicago, and she was a neighborhood babysitter and loved children and horseback riding. She had stayed home from school the day before she passed away with a cold, and her father gave her the tailand all capsules, and minutes later he heard her fall and she was dead before paramedics could get her to the hospital, which is so so sad. A twelve year old girl. Adam Janice. He was the father of two young children and he was living in Arlington Heights at the time. Of his death, and the day that he died, he thought he was coming down with the cold. He had stayed home from work and it took two tailand alls after he had his lunch, and a couple of minutes later he came staggering into the kitchen and collapsed. He was survived by his parents, his niece, and his brother, and everybody kind of gathered at their house to try to come to terms with what had happened. So Stanley, who was Adam's younger brother, was at Adam's house and they were planning the funeral and mourning, and he was married to Teresa, and he had asked Teresa to go get him some tiland all. They were both obviously reeling from Adam's death, and they they both took the tailanoll and they both collapsed, And that has to be the saddest thing. They took the tailan law two completely different times and all ended up passing away. So Paula Prince, she was thirty five and she was a flight attendant who worked for United and on the day of her death, she had flown from Las Vegas to O'Hare and had purchased tilanoff from the Walgreens on her way home, and she was later found dead in her apartment with an open bottle of Tailanoff found on her bathroom counter. Mary McFarlane was thirty years old and she was working at the Illinois Bell in Lombard and she had a headache that was coming on, so she took tayland Al in the backroom of her workplace and walked back into the office and dropped to the floor in front of her coworkers. At the time of her death, she was a single mom working to raise two young sons, and her two boys, Ryan and Bradley McFarlane survive her last, but not least, Mary Reiner. She was happily married to her husband Ed and they had just welcomed their fourth child, and she took tyland all to relieve some of her post birth discomfort. And she grew up in Villa Park and was one hundred percent Irish. She was a good cook and would always prepare meals for her family and she loved to play softball, the drums and loved bowl and her death left her husband Ed and their four children to try to survive on their own and her baby, her brand new newborn, was left without a mother. The person who did this is a absolute monster. Anyone that could do this, unknowing who your victims are going to be, not realizing that you're taking away some much child's mother, someone's friend. Just a horrible, horrible person. But I did want to spend some time to highlight the victims because they are the most important part of this case. We're going to get into suspects and who was involved with this, but at the end of the day, the victims matter, and I wanted to give them their time on the pod and pay respects to them and the family members that they left behind, because this was obviously a tragedy that happened, and it did lead to things being changed in the pharmaceutical industry, which I feel like is a highlight of all the bad that happened, a silver lining. But we still needed to I feel like I still needed to talk about the victims and highlight a little bit about them and what they were doing at the time that they passed. But now we're going to go ahead and get into the investigation part of it. So there was initially a nurse who was at to investigate the Janesis death, and she had gone to the Janis household and found a bottle of thailandol and saw that there was a receipt for the thailan al, and noticed that the tailan al had been purchased that same day, And she had smarts about her because she realized that there were six pills missing from it, meaning that each of the Janesis had taken two capsules each. So she turned the bottle over to one of the investigators and said that she kind of just felt in her gut that it was related to their deaths. For whatever reason, she just had a feeling that this tile and all and the thailanol in this bottle was linked to the death of the Janesis. One of the investigators on the case called a deputy Chief Medical Examiner for Cook County, and he suspected that Sinai it might be the culprit of the reason that the genesis died, and had asked the investigator to smell the bottle, and he smelled the bottle and he smelled an almond like scent, And then they got a toxicologist in and wanted him to test the capsules, and they were able to determine that each of the remaining forty four tailen all pills in that bottle contained nearly three times the fatal amount of cyanide, and they of course held a press conference advising the public not to take any tile at all for the time being. So at this point, whoever went into that particular store on that particular day took out the tilenyal capsules and replaced it with these pills that contained a super fatal amount of syinide. It only took two pills for each of the Genesis to take for them to lose their lives. So the pills that Mary Kellerman and the Genesis took, although they had no relation to each other, the pills ended up being from the same lot. So Thailanal went ahead and recalled all of the thailanol products, the extra stringth tilanol products that were in that particular lot, because at this point they thought that it was just those two cases that were related, but there ended up being other bottles from other lots that were discovered to be tainted. The pills that Mary McFarland had and some of the other victims, they were all kind of from different lots that had been purchased in the Chicago area. So at that point Basically what happened is all of the thailanol products extra strength tilanol, they were all recalled and to date it has been one of the largest pharmaceutical recalls ever. So there was a multi age and seeing the investigation that had found that the tampered pills were sold on or at the shelves of various stores in the Chicago area, including two different Jewel Foods locations, one was in Arlington Heights and one was in elk Row Village, an Oscaro drug Store, a Walgreens, and a Dominis, and also a Frank Sfiner Foods in Winfield, Chicago. That bottle that was purchased at Frank's Finer Foods was purchased by a woman named Linda Morgan who was the wife of a judge Lewis Morgan, and she purchased the Thailand Hall and didn't take it because she thought it smelled funny, so she just put it back in the bottle and didn't mess with it, Thank god, or we would have had another victim. So Thailand all of course, Johnson and Johnson went ahead and distributed warnings to hospitals and halted the production of any further tilandoll and the nationwide recall was issued on October fifth of nineteen eighty two, and at that point there were about thirty one million bottles in circulation with a retail value of over one hundred million dollars, which equivalent to what that money would be in twenty twenty two, it would be three hundred and three million. So this is a lot of product, a lot of money invested into these Tailandol products, and the company also had advertised in the national media for people not to consume the products, and even customs at the airports that were outside of the US were also asking visitors when they got to whatever country it was, if they had any Thailand All medicine with them. So this was a big nationwide debacle that was going on with these Tailandol products. So obviously somebody is out there they are replacing Thailand All pills with cyanide, killing people, and it's obviously like a random type of situation where they're just targeting whoever is going to take the bait essentially, so police investigation needed to happen asap and they need to find out who was doing this so they could prevent any more deaths because at this point tailan all is recalling all of their products. This person is just going to move on to some other type of drug to infiltrate, to try to take more lives, because bad people do bad things, and they're gonna find a way to do bad things regardless. So the police investigation began right away as soon as they figured out what was kind of going on, and they realized that the tainted capsules had been manufactured at two different locations, some in Pennsylvania and some in Texas. So they figured that whatever was going on with these pills was happening once they had already been placed onto the store shelves sale, and they thought that someone had taken the bottles off the shelves in stores in Chicago and placed the cynide in some of the capsules and then place the packages back onto the store shelves to be purchased by your innocent people who are just going to buy a tile at all. They also did find more bottles later in the Chicago area that had been contaminated. Luckily, they were still on the shelves and when the recall happened, they were all taken off and nobody was harmed by these additional bottles of cynide. So in early nineteen eighty three, the FBI have requested a Chicago Tribune columnist named Bob Green to publish the address and a grave location of the first and youngest victim, who was Mary Callerman, who was twelve. And this was all done with Mary's family's consent, and it was proposed by a FBI criminal analyst who said that he felt that if this information was made public that the perpetrator might visit the house or the grave site if he was made aware of the locations. And they kept these sites under twenty four hour surveillance and there was no sign of any killer, but a really good idea because somebody that is crazy enough to taint bottles of Thailand all with cyanide is probably going to be crazy enough to circle back around to the crime scene, to or not necessarily crime scene, but circle back around to his victims to kind of just be a psychopath, because that's what these people are. So there was a surveillance photo of Paula Prince, who was one of the victims who had purchased the tainted bottle of thailandoll and she had purchased that at a walk at sixteen oh one North Well Street in Chicago, and they released this photo and they did see also in the photo there was a bearded man that was just feet behind Paula and they thought that he potentially could be the killer. Here's where it gets really interesting. We're going to talk about suspects and all of that now. So initially during the investigations, there was a man who was named James William Lewis, and essentially what he did is he sent a letter to Johnson and Johnson and was demanding one million dollars and if he got the one million dollars, he would make sure that the tylan al cyanide induced murders would stop. So they of course were able to track him down. They arrested him and he started going into detail about how the person behind the attacks may have carried out the killings. He's not admitting that he's the one that did it, but he decided to write this letter and act up because he just wanted attention. But then he talked about how the person that did this probably got the tailan all, replaced the tailand all pills with the synide, added sinide to it, and then put them back on the shelves, so there was obviously a trial because of this. It was discovered that he had had a book in his possession that was about poisoning, and they were able to track his fingerprints on the different pages and they were very very evident on the pages that related to synide. And he said he was not involved in the killings and the poisonings, but he did say I did write the letter. I worked on it for three days. And during the trial they the attorneys claimed that he really only wanted to focus the attention of the authorities on his wife's Firmer employer because his wife used to work for Johnson and Johnson. Oh what a tangled will we leave? So he ended up later being convicted of extortion and was sentenced to ten years in prison for this because he was trying to extort money from Johnson and Johnson to stop the killings, even though he allegedly was not involved. This is messy. It is just messy. We are going to come back to James William Lewis in a bit because we still have more about him to talk about, but I want to go over some of the other suspects before we go back to more present day stuff regarding James. So there was a second man that they investigated named Roger Arnold. He had been a doc worker at a jewel Osco in Melburse Park where one of the bottles was bought, and he said that he admitted that he possessed potassium cyanide. And there was a bar owner named Marty Sinclair who said that Roger would often go to his bar and said that Roger had discussed killing people with a white powder and said that he had become increasingly erratic after his marriage had broken up. And Roger had worked with Mary Reiner's father at a warehouse, and Roger's wife had been treated at a hospital across the street from the store where Mary Reiner bought her cinide lace pills. Again, we have another book that was found inside of Roger's home, which was called the poor Man's James Bond, which had instructions inside of how to make potassium cyanide. It was found inside of his house. He had been held several times by police but had never been charged. And in the summer of nineteen eighty three, in a case of mistaken identity, he killed a man, murdered a man, a father of three, thinking it was someone else when he was on his way out of a bar, and he ended up being convicted and charge sentenced to thirty years, only served fifteen. So obviously a horrible human in his own right. He did pass away in June of two thousand and eight, and in twenty ten his body was exhumed and then they obviously reburied him, but they exhumed him because they wanted to test the DNA from his femur bone to see if the DNA would match the DNA samples that were discovered on the bottles of tail and All, and they did not match. So despite being a horrible person, he was not guilty. We are now going to go back to James William Lewis and talk a little bit more about him and some of the later developments that happened. So in two thousand and seven, the authorities determined that the letter that they had received from James had in October first, nineteen eighty two postmark, meaning that if what James has said that it took him three days to write and work on the letter, if that was accurate, then he would have begun working on the letter prior to the news of the tailenal killings even being out in the public eye. So they confronted him about this, and he recanted his timeline and said that's not true. It didn't take me three days. I'm just a liar. So there were court documents that were released in two thousand and nine and the Department of Justin investigators concluded that they did believe that he was responsible for the poisonings, they did not have enough evidence to charge him. However, in January twenty ten, both he and his wife submitted DNA samples and fingerprints to authorities, and he was quoted to say, if the FBI plays at fair, I have nothing to worry about, end quote. And the DNA samples did not match any of the DNA that was recovered on the bottles, and he continued to deny responsibility for the poisonings, and he did pass away July ninth of this year at the age of seventy six, now allegedly. In my opinion, I don't trust James for anything, and I truly think he was involved. And I don't know who's DNA he submitted in twenty and ten, but I don't think it was his, and I don't think it was his wife's allegedly. In my opinion, just my thoughts about it, I personally think James is responsible. It was this big I'm going to get back at the company that laid off my wife's situation, and and that's what he chose to do. He made really poor choices, tried to extort money from them, and then literally live the rest of his life walking amongst us, being a free man. While he did all this horrible stuff took lives of young people. A twelve year old girl, Who are you? Why are you even? Why do you even exist in life? You're a horrible human. If that's what you're choosing to do with your life, you are a horrible human. Of course, a lot of these things happened in the later years just because of the advancing DNA technology. It didn't exist in nineteen eighty two, so they weren't really able to get much evidence back then that they were later in time. And an interesting fact, in twenty eleven, the FBI also requested DNA samples from the unibomber ted Kazinski. They thought that he potentially could be involved in the Tailana murders. He of course denied ever having possession of a time assium cyanide, but we don't believe him because he's a unibomber. And of course, the first four unibomber crimes were in Chicago from nineteen seventy eight to nineteen eighty, and his parents had a Chicago home in Illinois in nineteen ninety two and he occasionally stayed there, so they did think that he could be involved. And despite that being like such a big thing, I never I have not still actively searching for the results. I've never seen any results come back to say if the DNA matched or not. I feel like if it did, we would know about it. But there's nothing that said that it wasn't his DNA either, So I don't really know the status of the whole unibomber or tailand al murderer thing, Like is he involved. It's an angle that I feel like is worth exploring because he did bad things, But why is there any information on it out there? I've got to know the answer to this. Unfortunately, there were a lot of copycat attacks that involved eilan al or different over the counter medications, and these were attacks that happened in the United States following the Chicago deaths, and there were three more deaths that occurred in nineteen eighty six from tamper gelatine capsules, and there was a twenty three year old named Diane Elstroth who had died in Yonkers, New York, after she had ingested extra stink tilanol capsules laced with cyanide. And there was excentrin capsules in Washington that were tampered with, resulting in the deaths of Susan Snow and Bruce Nickel from sinide poisoning, and that led to the eventual arrest conviction of Bruce's wife, Stella for her intentional actions in the crimes connected to both of the murders, because obviously not a good person, but people like that. You can be a horrible person and never act on it until you hear someone else getting away with something, and then you try to do it, and then you get caught because you're an idiot. So there were two more deaths in Washington in nineteen ninety one that were killed from two SINI tainted boxes of pseudafed, and there was another gal who went to a coma from similar poisoning but did recover and it ended up being her husband that was convicted on charges of that, And there's just a lot of spousal poisoning of pill bottles and capsules, and still to this day, we're going through it right now with Corey Richins and her crazy ass. So unfortunately, this kind of stuff still does happen. It is less likely that it's going to happen from something you buy off the shelf because it is tamper proof. Now there is a seal you can obviously tell if you open a bottle of any over the counter medicine and it's not doesn't have the protective seal over it, that it's not safe, don't take it, obviously, So people that are copycatting still to this day and poisoning medicines, it's usually an inside type of job. A family member who is mad, or a scorned lover, or god knows who, a husband, a wife, whoever it may be. It still happens to this day. Also, the pharmaceutical company as an industry did decide to move away from capsules because those were super easy to contaminate, as a foreign substance could be placed inside without anyone really realizing that it had been tampered with, and they would replace the capsules with the solid calet, which is what we seem more today, and that is a tablet that is made in the shape of a capsule and it looks like the tile and all that we see to this day. So really interesting stuff when you really think about it. In nineteen eighty two, I feel like was not that long ago. And in nineteen eighty two you could go into a store buy til and all and it was just willing nilly. You open it up and there's the tile and all. What the heck? That is such a wild concept to me, but I know it's the way things were back back in those days. That's how it was. And until something horrible like this happened, they didn't have a reason to seal it off, to try to contain it, to make it tamper proof, because until nineteen eighty two, stuff like this didn't happen. But like I said, James Lewis did pass away earlier this year. He died of a pulmonary embolism, and people still to this day think that he was responsible. And a former assistant US attorney who was one that had prosecuted James for the attempted extortion related to the case said that I was saddened to learn of James Lewis's death, not because he's dead, but because he didn't die in prison. And can I just say amen to that? Because when Candace cover this case in twenty twenty two, and she said that everything that happened, obviously we're all not dumb. We know kind of who we think did it, who the FBI thinks did it, who everyone thinks did it. And she said he walks amongst us today, And I was just like, how is it possible that this man is still out there living the life after he just so maliciously took the lives of people, like you can be a murderer and never lay your hands on someone by doing something like that. And it all seemed to have stemmed from him being bitter about the company that his wife used to work for. And I want to talk to the wife, like what's her stance on this? I want to know what her deal is, Like it's just astonishing to me that this man got away with this. Obviously, all signs point to him allegedly, in my opinion, he was never convicted, so we cannot say for certain that it was him. But like I said, you're all smart. You're all intelligent enough to make a educated guess as to who was involved in this, and I think that leads us back to James. So that is a story of the Tailan Al murders. I wish that there was a giant conclusion where we said that he was eventually arrested and charged, but that is not the case, unfortunately. But I think it's important to realize that this case did happen, probably for a reason, so that way, our over the counter drugs are now safe as safe as they're going to be as far as the public being able to tamper with them. And even when it comes to other things that you buy, you know in the store of the counter, and the ability to tamper with it like it bothers me to my core that ice cream, like gallons of ice cream, doesn't have the protective film on it, at least some of them don't. Anyone can put anything in there, and it just it always has bothered me that you can just open it up and it's just like right there, there's ice cream. But I do know that a lot of companies have started to put more tamper proof things in place, and that makes me feel better because you just don't ever think someone is going to do something like that until they do, and until it's too late.
