KK’s Corner Murders: Part 2

Let's talk right now in true crime, and then together we are going to work on warming up some cold cases. Let's go. Hey, guys, welcome to this week's episode of Primetime Crime. It's Kylie. We are going to go ahead and get into right now in true crime. There are definitely a few things that we need to talk about. First up is some Lori Valo news. So, she was set to be standing trial for the murder of her husband, Charles Valo and the attempted murder of her ex nephew in law, I guess, Brandon Boudreau in Arizona. And now, so they motioned for this rule eleven, which essentially is a mental health evaluation, meaning they want Lorie Valo to be evaluated to see if she is mentally competent to stand trial. Basically, she is grasping its straws at this point, because we all know Lori Valo does have mental issues. She has been diagnosed with some sort of mental illness. However, that doesn't mean that she is not medically competent to stand trial. She was deemed competent to stand trial for the murder of her kids and the role that she had in Tammy Daybell's death, and I think that this is probably going to be no different. They just have to go through the proper channels to get to that end result. But as of right now, the trial, which was scheduled for February of twenty twenty five, is no longer happening. So, if anything, she's buying herself some time now. In the same breath, her public defender filed to no longer be her public defender. He filed that motion today. The reason that he. Has filed is due to a conflict of interest, but it doesn't say what that conflict interest is. So I will continue to keep you guys updated on that front. But as always, Lori Valo is being Lorie Valo so trial updates. As of right now, the Sarah Boon trial is going on. She was actually on the stand the other day and testified, and honestly, shockingly, she really didn't do too bad of a job. I don't know where things are going to be going with this trial, what we're going to be seeing as far as a vertic goes, it does seem like maybe some people are having a little bit of sympathy towards her because there is no denying that she probably likely was abused by this man, but she still put him in a suitcase and he ended up suffocating, and that is horrible and traumatic and horrific. So I don't know what way this is going to go. And in the Delphi double murder trial against Richard Allen, that has been really hard to try to keep up with. I've been doing my best to try to keep up with everything. They're making it very difficult to actually get in the courtroom. But I do have a couple of podcasters that I have been listening to to get daily updates. But it's still a lot, and it's all really really heavy stuff. I mean, we're talking about the brutal murder of two little girls here that went unsolved for a number of years. It's a lot. I don't really know as of right now if I've seen any substantial evidence that say, Richard Allen is the guy. But that's the whole point of the trial, right so we are really only a few days into things, so I know there's going to be a lot more evidence that's coming out, and I know that they didn't take this to trial without the evidence that they think that they have to say that Richard Allen is the guy I'm just waiting for, I guess the bombshell moment of everything. So we're gonna keep a close eye on that. There are no cameras or recording devices or anything alone in the courtroom, so everyone who's going on a day to day basis is having to wait in line for a long, long period of time, and they are going into that courtroom and they are diligently taking notes so they can report back to us. So I am going to try to stay updated as much as I can. But the trial is going to be going on for a while into November, so it's going to be a long long ride, and I do feel like they have a lot more to go. It's just in this first week it's just been kind of laying out the basis of everything. They finally played the whole video that they had, which has never been seen before in its entirety. They played that whole video in court a couple of days ago. But I'll continue to keep you guys updated if anything major happens, or there's any major developments, I will be sure to let you know what they are. Okay, last little bit of breaking news. As of today, the LA District of Attorney has recommended re sentencing of the Menendez brothers. Basically, it's going to come down to the judge. The judge is going to make the final call. The DA has. Put forward his recommendation that the brothers be resentenced, which would make them eligible for parole pretty much immediately, and that is going to be the recommendation is officially going to be given tomorrow, meaning Friday, and it's going to go from there. There's going to be a hearing and it's all going to go from there. So it is very likely that the Menendez brothers might be getting out of prison sooner rather than later, which it is so controversial. I understand that, I know there are people that think they need to be in there for life, but I do believe that they were abused. I believe that Jose Mendez was a predator. I'm sure there are even more that we don't even know about that we're abused at his hands that haven't been able to come forward yet or didn't get the chance to come forward. I don't think that he was a good person, and I think that he hid behind his money and he hid behind his power. Much like the p. Ditties of the world and the Jeffrey Epstein's of the world and the lou Pearlman's and the so on and so forth. There's a lot of rotted people in Hollywood, and he was a music mogul, he was in the entertainment industry. So it is going to be really interesting to see how this all plays out. Again, the judge does make the final decision on what ends up happening, if the resentencing happens, and what happens from there. So I'm going to continue to keep you guys updated. But this is huge, huge, breaking news, and I really think that the social media outcry and support has really helped push this case to the forefront because there has been so much attention brought to it because of the Netflix documentaries and all of the attention that it's getting on TikTok and social media. And I think it's really cool to kind of see everybody coming together in support of them. I know there are people that do not support them and do not support their release, and that's okay, because a difference of opinions makes the world go around and it makes life interesting. But I am going to continue to keep you guys updated. If there's any more breaking that comes out, I will be sure to update you. Also, be on the lookout for an updated episode. On the Dale Williams case. I'm going to go through all of the court files and everything on that one because there is, Like I said, they made an arrest last week, so I'm definitely going to be doing an update episode on that soon of how they came to the conclusion that that person that they arrested is the person that likely murdered Dale. So look out for that and we are going to get startsart on this week's episode. Okay, guys, today we. Are jumping into part two of the K case, Corner Store triple homicide in Lake Charles, Louisiana. If you haven't listened to part one, please go ahead and stop this episode. Go back listen to part one because it very much is going to set up this part two because we're going to get into the trial and all the happenings since the trial. There has been a lot that has transpired in this case. Although we still don't have a final resolution. I do want to take you guys through all of the different things that transpired because it's a lot. So when we left off with part one, we of course talked about the triple homicide that occurred at the Kk's Corner store. Marty, Stacy, and Nicole lost their lives that night, and it was senseless and brutal, and there was a lot of rumors. That's of course small towns are going to talk. It was obvious that there had been some type of robbery that transpired, was that the motive. Law enforcement really wasn't sure, but they thought it was, and there was a couple of different sketches that were released, and eventually they settled. On this man named Tom Cisco. Now Tom was an acquaintance of Stacy, who was one of the people who was murdered, so it kind of made sense that he lined up with this. But law enforcement knew that there was more than one person that was involved in this homicide, and Tom would go on to implicate multiple different people, change his story multiple different times, admit to being there, then deny it, then admit to being there, then deny it, back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. The jailhouse interviews are wild, like truly wild. When you sit and listen to Tom go round and round in circles about what happened or what didn't happen, it's insane. So essentially Tom goes to trial and that is where we're going to pick up with today's episode. I'm going to talk all. About the trial and the sentencing and what has transpired in the years since all of this went down. So the trial finally rolled around three years later in October of two thousand and one, and they began jury's selection on October first, and it took a whole nine days before they had their jury, and they started with the testimony on October tenth. So interestingly, Tom Cisco arrived to court for his trial wearing a bulletproof vest. This case obviously had a lot of media attention, especially locally, and there were a lot of people that were intrigued by everything that had gone on over the years, all of the different statements that Tom Cisco had made. So I guess him arriving in a bulletproof vest probably wasn't the worst idea. So in the opening statements, the prosecutor for the state, Rick Bryant basically told jurors that the rabbit foot keychain that was featured on America's Most Wanted is what ended up leading the authorities to Tom Cisco. They talked about the ten thousand dollars that was missing from the store, the phone lines that had been caught. They then went into detail about the woman who was the only witness. She was a woman named Virginia Johnson, and. They said she had stopped to get some gas before she went out and about, and she came across these two men that made her feel nervous, so she ended up leaving the gas station before she had even finished filling her tank up. Then she had swung around to pick up her boyfriend, and then she drove back by Kk's corner store about thirty mon mites later, and that's when she saw the black car was still at the store, and then there was also a red truck that was next to it. And they drew this composite sketch from her memories that night, and then they ended up putting her under hypnosis and they drew a second one, and she is the one that talked about this rabbit foot key chain and the cigarette key tag and then ended up eventually picking Cisco out of a lineup. And of course the defense attorneys do what the defense attorneys do, and they very much tried to poke holes in Virginia's testimony and said that there were so many inconsistencies in the details. Of what she had said and then the whole hypnosis thing, and it made her very upset. She became upset on the stand. She started to cry, and she felt like the defense attorney was like purposely trying to confuse her. And she is stated as saying, quote, I'm not trying to get this man in trouble. I'm only saying who I saw and it was him. I know it was him, and I believe her. Why would she make it up? She has no skin in the game. There was another woman named Lonnie Kemp that also testified that talked about this Rabbit Foot's keychain because she saw the America's Most Wanted episode as well and was also kind of taken aback by it because she knew Tom Cisco personally. She also knew Stacy Reeves because Stacy and this woman's daughter were friends, and she said that Tom Cisco was the only person she ever knew to carry a rabbit's foot keychain. So with that and seeing what she saw on America's Most Wanted she also called the tip line. She also would testify that two weeks before the murders that Stacy had told her that Tom was coming to town again to coincidental They then talked about Tom Cisco's attempt to pin the shoe on Robert Thigpen, who was just somebody that Tom didn't like and thought that he could implicate him and bring him down just because he didn't like him. They then went on to say that despite this false claim that he had made, that Tom did give them little bits of truth and little bits of lies in all of his various statements, and said, I understand it's going to be really difficult for a jury to look at all the things he said and determine what the truth is. But we feel very strongly that a lot of the information in the statements only the killer would know which is true. We talked about this in last episode, and both sides would go on to talk about all the inconsistencies in Tom Cisco's statements, talking about the manner of death, if they were tied up or not, where they were shot in the order which when they were shot, all of that kind of came into play. The state ended up introducing one hundred and twenty eight pieces of evidence and they ended up putting forty witnesses on the stand. The state also called one of Tom Cisco's ex girlfriends to the stand and she testified that Tom had asked her to provide an alibi for the night of the crime. So at this point, things are not looking great for Tom Cisco. Tom Cisco did himself no favors whatsoever, and then all of these witnesses are very much kind of backing up the theory that Tom. Cisco was there that night. The last witness that they called was a coroner named Terry Wilke. It was then stated that all three victims were shot multiple times and Marty and Nicole were kneeling down execution style when they. Were killed, and that is absolutely horrific. Nicole was just a child, and I just can't even imagine the torture that these three were put through by these horrific humans, which includes, in my opinion, allegi Tom Cisco. They also had to psychologists testify on the defensive side and basically said that Tom Cisco had a terrible childhood. He was abused by his father and his mother was a prostitute. He first drank when he was six years old. He was drunk for the first time at age ten, and by fifteen he was using drugs and making really. Really bad choices. He then started to just kind of spiral into being a chronic drug abuser. And they said that because of all of the different drugs that he had used, that he did suffer some brain damage, and they very much tried to play into the poor, pitiful Tom Cisco just didn't make right choices for his life and this is where he ended up. It's not his fault, so on and so forth. Luckily, the jury didn't believe any of this, and it took them two hours to find Tom Cisco guilty as charged on all three counts of first degree murder, and then a day later they went ahead and sentenced Tom Cisco to death. Of course, in the midst of this, the investigator still knew that there was someone else out there, possibly more people that more than just two people that could have been involved in the murder of these three, and they knew that it wasn't just Tom Cisco acting alone, but yet he still wasn't. Giving anything up. They had talked to the Malcolm guy, they talked to Bobby, and then they also talked to this Chris guy. Malcolm and Bobby were eliminated. As suspects, and then Chris kinda sorta became a person of interest. He has an alibi, but it's not exactly air tight, so they really don't know the direction they're going as far as Chris goes. So at this point Tom Cisco is of course sentenced to death, and there is a little bit of justice that the families, I'm sure felt, but knowing that there is still another person or possible persons out there that had to do with this murder and they are still off walking around doing whatever they want and not paying for the crimes that they committed. Triple homicide is a big damn deal. But as with everything, things are ever changing. So less than two years after he was sentenced to. Death, he was granted a reprieve. So basically what happened was Tom's post conviction attorneys ended up bringing up on his appeal that the court appointed attorney that he was given had also represented one of the investigators and his wife in family matters, which they knew was a thing. It had been discussed earlier in the case, and Tom had signed a waiver that allowed her to continue working as his lawyer. But from there, the Supreme State Supreme Court decided that he didn't have the mental capacity to have signed the waiver and really understand what it meant, and they ended up reversing his sentence and his conviction what the heck, and ended up sending the case back for him to stand a new trial. Now, this is why it is so. So so important to really make sure you have all of your ducks in a row when it comes to trial and court matters, because something like this, something so small and so minute that was already brought up previously, could come back to bite you in the butt and lead to a whole new trial. And that's exactly what happened here. So there was that one conflict of interest that was brought up, but then there became another conflict of interest that came up, and the district Attorney Bryant was concerned about this because the assistant district attorney was now representing this same investigator, one of the first people to question Tom Cisco. He was representing him in a domestic matter. So in February of two thousand and four, Rick Bryant went ahead and sent the case over to the State Attorney General's office and it just kind of sat there. Not a whole lot happened. And then in two thousand and eight they amended the charges from first degree to second degree murder, and they removed the possibility of the death penalty. Then March twenty six of twenty ten, Tom Cisco went ahead and pled guilty to three counts of manslaughter and from there was sentenced to ninety years in prison. And it's just crazy that so much went on with this whole case, from it happening to Cisco finally being brought in and questioned and all of the conflicting stories he gave, and then the trial and then the verdict and all being thrown out, and the sentencing being thrown out, and then him eventually just saying yeah, I'm guilty, and they basically said he is going to die in prison. He is not going to get out. But because this is an ever evolving, ever changing story, thirteen years later, which now puts us into twenty twenty three, Tom Cisco found himself in front of a parole board. There were three members on this parole board, and Tom said that he wasn't the one that ended up pulling the trigger, but he said that he stood by and watched as another man did it. He did not give up any names, nor did they ask him for any names. He then talked. About his childhood and how it was really tough, and how he had gotten into drugs uggs and really just struggled for a long time, but said that he was reformed. And the board agreed and decided that they were going to set Tom Cisco free. So they were going to release him from prison where he had been for the majority of his days at this point in time, and the plan was for him to get out of jail and then go and move to Tennessee. Everyone was of course outraged that he was going to be let out, when it was pretty much said, he is going to die in prison. He will never be let out, he will never never be eligible to get out of prison, and then before you know it, he is being told that he is going to be allowed to get out. At this point, we have a new Attorney General in office. He is named Stephen Dwight and he was not happy when he heard the news, and he quickly had reached out to one of these state attorney generals who is named Jeff Landry, and asked if the office had attended the hearing, and they said they did not, but they do not feel like Tom Cisco needs to be released. Stephen Dwight was obviously very upset, and he asked that the case be returned to the county instead of the state, because if you remember, it was originally with the county and then there was that conflict of interest that popped up and it ended up being turned over to the state, and it was under the state's direction, so to say that he ended up being granted this random parole. So Stephen Dwight's office ends up back with the case, and his office requested them to review all of the disciplinary records over the years for Tom Cisco, and they found that he had been found with pills the night before he was granted this parole. There were seventeen pills in total, and they included antipsychotic drugs benadrel medicine for stomach problems. So, after this was discovered, faced a disciplinary hearing and he pled guilty to having the contraband on him, and with that his parole was rescinded. Think God, in my opinion, that that happened, and that that essentially went back to the county DA versus the state DA, because if not, Tom Cisco would be out and about. But I will say there are some people that don't think that Tom Cisco should still be behind bars. One of them is Marty's brother. His name is Laine, and he very much said that he believed Tom Cisco when he said he isn't the one who was the shooter, and he believed that Tom Cisco had done his time. And I get that, I understand where he's coming from, but I just feel like, with Tom Cisco's record and the way that he has handled himself, I don't think that he is mentally in a great place. And I think that that kind of leads to me questioning more and more whether or not it would be a good thing if he was on the outside without the proper tools to be successful, to be a successful adult, to have that psychiatric help that I'm sure he probably so desperately needs, and I'm sure he's not getting that on the inside either. So I do see Lane's point of view with that, And there are people, of course that think that he should still be in prison, and that is okay. We're all entitled to think what we want. And I will say Tom Cisco is going to be up for parole in twenty twenty five, so it is rapidly approaching. It is very probable that he might get out at that time. And despite all of the time that has passed, it has never ever ever been revealed who the true second person was, who was involved in this. Maybe there was more than two, maybe there was three, maybe there was four. The story has. Changed so many times, and I think Tom Cisco has had a long long time to really think long and hard about if he wants to give this person up, and he has made the decision not to. And I do not know why. I don't think I'll ever be able to rationalize why you wouldn't help the families, help bring justice for the three victims and give them that closure that they need. I'll never understand it. It will never make any sense to me. So the search does still continue for who the other killer is, or killers are of these three people, Marty Leabuff, Stacy Reeves, and Nicole Gidry. Those are our three victims, and those are the three that are at the center of this case. When Tom Cisco initially pled guilty to the three counts of manslaughter, the families were able to kind of give their victim impact statements and address him, and Marty's mom basically said that her grief had basically rendered her dysfunctional and had a huge. Impact on her mental health. She said that she doesn't have any hatred towards him, she really feels sorry for. Him, and that she does forgive him. Marty's aunt, Patsy, also spoke and said that everything changed that day for the members of the family and said that Marty's mom is the one who suffered the most, and she is quoted as to saying she has screamed till she's almost passed out, to the point where I thought she was going to have a stroke. She's been in mental wards, she's under psychiatric care and has been ever since this happened end quote. The families also still very much hold out hope that Tom will come forward and say who was involved, so that person or person's can be brought to justice, because at. The end of the day, it is never too late to get justice. For these things, and you really see with these victim impact statements and all of that the pain and torture that these families are put through on a daily basis. It's not just a bad thing happens. In your life and you kind of learn to grieve and live around it. But when you have something like. This that haunts your town, it haunts your family because the families have never really been able to get that true closure that comes with a case being solved, because there is this unknown at this point still and until that person or Tom Cisco, decides to admit to who it was and what happened, there's always going to be that shadow of doubt and suspicion. Hanging over these families. And they are revictimized every single day by that suspicion and by that doubt that they just have. Lingering over them constantly. And speaking of the living victims, the families of these three, the twin daughters of Stacy, they were two years old at the time when their mother was killed. And this just goes to show you how detrimental something like this can be, even for a young child who really doesn't understand the magnitude of what has gone on. Tracy Reeves died in twenty twenty one of an accidental overdose. Tracy obviously struggled with her own issues and addiction as she got older, but you can't help but think that what happened. To her mom all those years before. Impacted how she grew up and impacted her future, impacted the way she handled things. She was actually actively at the time of her death working to get others involved in bringing the people that murdered these three to justice. Tracy said in twenty nineteen that one person shouldn't be sitting in prison for something he didn't do alone. And basically she said, maybe someone somewhere knows something, maybe they're in another state. And she even took it to television to try to get the word out and spread the awareness about the k Case Corner murders, because not a lot of people at this point besides people in Louisiana, were talking about it. After Tracy passed away, Rick Bryant, who was the DA that prosecuted Tom Cisco, he was told about the news and he said that he was heartbroken, and he is quoted as to saying, this little girl grew up with this always part of her life, and she was always totally concerned about who the other shooter was in this case. And I think it was something like all of these tragedies, they stay with you for a lifetime. It's so sad after losing her mother, now we've lost her daughter. It's a terrible thing. End quote. So that whole thing, the death of Tracy, it really just shows you how revictimized these family members, living victims are from a crime that happened so so many years ago. Because there is no justice, there is no resolution, and a lot of people aren't able to deal with that and they turn to drugs, or they turn to alcohol, or they just struggle with everything because they can't deal with the day to day emotions that come with having a parent that was murdered or a sister that was murdered, whatever the case may be. We all handle grief and things differently. And it's really sad that Tracy lost her life during this battle of trying to get justice for her mother. So at this point in time, Tom Cisco still sits in prison. Like I said, he is going to be. Eligible for parole coming up here soon and he probably will get it. Like if we're being realistic he's probably going to be granted parole. I will continue to keep you guys updated on this case because I do feel like we're going to have some developments in the coming months when there is another parole hearing for Tom Cisco. I think that Tom could really end the charade and just say who. Else was involved and actually be honest. And I really don't understand why he hasn't done that so far, because he has been in prison for such a long time. I'm sure day to day he probably wants to get it off of his chest. And I will never understand how someone can keep something like that to themselves for so many years, especially while they're sitting on the inside implicated for being an accomplice and being there and being present that night. There is someone else out there who knows what happened that night. There might be more than one person out there who knows what happened, and getting this story out. Getting this information out is so important. The more ears we get this story to the better, because anybody could be involved. Anyone could know a tiny, little minute death tale that could crack this case wide open. And I think the. More we share and the more we talk about it the more that these cases are getting the attention they need. I do want to end the episode with the August twenty seventh, of nineteen ninety eight confession that Tom Cisco gave to his participation in the triple murder. The clip is a few minutes long, but I do want to play it for you guys, because I think it's just so interesting to listen to these interviews and listen to the demeanor and the dynamics. And all of that. The videos are available online and I can link them in the show notes as well. But we are going to hear directly from Tom Cisco when he was first arrested and he confessed to the murders about what happened. In grocery and unnot who did it? Okay? Tell me you were living. In New Orleans. So how did you come to be here? I rode a bus here, okay. And why did you come to let Charles? Well, the ring light came to late Charles because I really wanted to get a new store. Go get a new store. What do you do? I'll go to Roberts house, okay, knock on this door, all right? And he said come in. Okay. I went in He told the men to have a seat. I sat and watched the m TV. We were talking about him not be having a job or you know, they having financial problems or whatever. You said, and what y'all smoke a little dope, you said? And what else? What else is going on? Well then he just popped up, like out of the blue man and said, let's go, let's go rob Kk's going. I thought it was a joke. Actually, I really truly thought it was a joke at first. You know, he started getting serious about it. You know, he was telling me, let's go rob kk's corner. That's all he kept talking about with robbin Kk's going. And like a DOMI all went with it. Okay, he talked, how does it come up to rock k point? They just come up out of the blue, just come up out the blue. And we sat down. We planned it all out. Right, where are your plan We planned to go there? Where are you at that house? Okay? In this house? Right man? Okay, we're planning out. We planned it out, and the way the way we planned. It out was we would go there, laid, you know, ride around clothes and Tom, you know, we give give everybody Tom to get there. Or whatever they were going to do, and leave you all the. Customers and everything. And then he just. Told me, he said this, and this was the plan for us today. Okay, we we would go there. He would go through the front. I would meet him at the back where he could let me, and he would clear He would cut the wires to the into the alarm system so that nobody could call the cops, and so no alarms would go off. And he said that he would kill everybody there if he had to. Everybody was in the store. Everybody store. Okay, when the lady's coming out of the store, Robert gets out, I get out. Robert bumps into the lady on purpose. Why, being a smart ass that he was. What did he say? He told her she was a bitch? Okay? Did you hear him say? I didn't. I didn't hear him say. I see his lips? Okay, were you close enough he could have heard him, he would have send one of him. I wasn't that close. Remember what the lady looked like. Yeah, she was short, medium built, and she was white. Okay, did you cree key chant carried a keychain? I carried her on the rabbit's foot key chain that always carried how. Did you carry that? Carried them on the back parking? He went with it only cut in the rabbit's foot. We stuck out. See we're talking, uh Tom about him getting out of the car. You said, he's got the little dumple back folded up. It's under his right arm. He's got the thirty eight. He's got thirty eight on him, and he's got the nine millimeters. He has still had a pull out and has both guns. Okay. He gets out and goes to the door, goes to the door. Where does he run into the lady at the front doors? Okay? So she was They basically met at the door at the doors, okay. And he tells her something. It looks like he says something. He goes into the store, yes, sir, all right, where does he go intide? The store? Goes in and he goes got the store the cash right in front of the cash reres. So she pulls off I take it, yes, okay. And he pulled the gun out, Yes, you see him pulling when I've seen him pull the guns out, and the like I said, the plans where when. He pulls the gun, When he pulls the gun. I walk around back and wait for him to open the door. He still got them a gun for him. But when he opened the door, I walked in. He handed me to thirty eight. When I walked to the back over okay, and I told them to come over here because they had the They had like a a all right here because they had like two two shelves right here. And I told them to come over here. Okay, you have your gun out, Yes, sir, you have it, pointed out him. Yes, sir, and you're pointing at it. I'm pointing at Stacey and the two other sore people. All three I want well Stacey. Stacey was asking me what I was doing at and. To the doll. All I told him was I'm sorry, I mean, why walk? Can I say? I mean? I was dabbed? How was Stacey? She was firing, She was crying. She was scared. She was scared. She was scared and shaken. What about the girl? The girl was trying. Both of them were crying. She asked you. She asked me what I was doing there? She asked you. I mean she called you my name? Yes, So she said, Tom, what are you doing here? And how did you answer that? I asked that well, I just asked it. I'm sorry, you know, okay, what is what does you say to you? She didn't say. I'm trying to remember what else? She said. After the first thing you do was what did he do first? The first thing he did was them went behind on the counter. Okay, I'm gonna talk with you before. That's not what you're told, he said. The first thing he did was was take the people wanting time. That what he did? You think about it? And you're bringing it all back. I'm tired around here. I'm really tired. Let's take it from where he cut the wires. He cut the wires right, Okay, when you cut the wire, I'm. Still shaking, and I hate talk this ship. He cut the wires. He come up and he got the girl first. No, you got the guy first. And he took him to the back. I heard the doors. Closed, doors. I don't know what to do. I just hope I heard the door open and closed because I had my back to him and while I was watching the others. Okay, And so he takes him back there, Yes, he takes him back there. And that's when and when he closed the worst when I heard three shots. Okay, how it was. They were just constantly power out quick. Yes, that were quick. Okay, he comes back in. Okay, now you heard three shots when you're holding a gun on Stacy and the other girl, Listen, what are they? What is the reactionally? They're they're panicking. They're I mean, they're really panicking. When he when he comes back in, he gets the girl, he says, you're an axe? What what do you mean? He gets the girl does he know you don't? He don't grab or anything. He just he tells me to home with me, you know, he tells her to come with me. And then what does she's like? That's when she was saying no. She was saying no all the way out. Okay, you know she said, but does she go? Yeah? She goes. She goes to me. He's got her go point. She gotta go, you know, either go or die right down in the store. Where did he tell her that? Or No, he didn't tell her that, But I mean I noticed what that That's what he was gonna do if she didn't go. Okay, So we took her out and then I heard two shots. It was instant. Are you sure else? Two could have been more or less? It could have more. It could have been more. Are you sure that there were at least too? Oh? I know there are at least too. Now, what is Stacey telling me? Stacey's telling me please let me go? And what I and what I tell her is if I let you go, he's gonna shoot both of us. You know you're looking at her in the eye, her straight in the eye. Man, Okay, Grey, I mean I don't want to watch out in tears, dude, because I'm the one sitting there, hold my best friend and go on. You know that I've known for years. You know what's gonna happen. I know what's gonna happen to her. Hell, it just happened to the other two. I know what he's gonna do. He ain't gonna let none of them live. He ain't gonna let. None of them live. Okay. And she's telling me please let me go. Where do you talk her? I told her I can't because if I do, he's gonna kill both of us. Where is she say? She didn't say anything then, And when he came in, he says, come on your next, Stacey. He called her my name. Where did you say? She didn't say anything? She would say anything to him, and she walked back there with him. And that's when I heard some responsible heard watch several shots. You don't know how many, I know, I know it was several. What does he do? And then he comes back in I like I said, I hear the doors closed. He comes back in. My back still towards him. I'm looking out in the parking lot to see if anybody's coming. And then he goes behind the counter. Like I said, I don't know if he he bent down or whatever, but he goes to the cash registers. He pulls out the money, he putting empty dose and he's doing that with you. I'm looking still looking out the window. I'm still looking out the front glass to make sure if anybody's coming or not. I ain't talking about this shit. And then. He was Then he went to the back to where the to where the manager's office was. I I was still looking out in the front. I just glanced, and when I glanced, he was already out, okay, And he had the Duffel bag from gonna call him duffel bag. Like I said, he had the Duffel bag in the right hand, and he had the money and the videotapes, so. He had video money. How much money? You can tell it was warped out, Dick. Let me ask you this Tony stakes as your friend. It was pretty close to him, whom I can tell. And you point where y'all in the story that you trying to stop. I didn't want to stop him. What happened? Well, I just told I told him that it's not worth it. What what did you tell him about? That's when we was inside, when I when I walked through the door, and that's when he when he was gonna go shoot him before he shall that. It was before I told him it's not worth it. It's not worth what. It's not worth all this bullshit. It's not it ain't worth taking the money right? Why? Because, I mean, why I take somebody's life over the money. I want to take somebody's life over. Did y'all have to kill him? No, we did not have to kill him. Why what he wanted to then? Why? Because he didn't want nobody to know who he was and you don't want nobody to know that. It was him in me that was in the store. We get, we go, we leave, we. Go to his house, we get out of the car, and that's we get out of the car and were going into his house. He goes to. Let y'all, y'all leave the store and go straight back to the house. Yeah, straight back to his house. Okay, we get to his house, we go in, he goes straight to the bark. Okay, I guess it was his room. It was one of the bad down area Okay, one of the bedrooms. He comes back out, he gives me my money. I'm wandred dollars all and what it was. It was mixed up. It was mixed up with five stands twenties and then he tells you know how much money he got. There is a lot more to that interview, but you see how detailed Tom is in everything that he's saying. There's definitely truth to what he's saying. I do believe there is a lot of truth to what he's saying, but there's also parts that are missing. And he obviously gave like some different names at points in time that weren't accurate and weren't true. But I do believe that Tom Cisco whole hardly knows who the other person is that was there with him that day, and maybe he'll give it up. Eventually he'll give up the name, but until then, this case is unsolved and we are going to keep sharing about it and keep talking about it.
