Hey guys, Welcome to this week's episode of Primetime Crime. It's Kylie. We have so much to talk about in right now a true crime. I don't know what is going on in the universe, if it was a full moon, whatever it is, but this has been a wild week as far as all the things happening in the true crime world. First thing is first Asia degree. I briefly touched on it a little bit last week. In last week's episode, there have been more developments, more has come out. I am going to do an episode. Strictly on that because it is quite a bit and I really want to break down everything that has come out thus far and discuss it. So we are going to do an episode on that, probably if I can get my life together, I'll try and get that out to you guys at some point as a bonus episode next week. But stay tuned for that because it is insane and wild what is happening with this case. And I get so invigorated when I hear stories that are. Finally hopefully getting some traction and getting somewhere with what happened, so especially when it's been her case is twenty four years old, so it is about dang time that something happened in her case, and we. Are slowly but surely getting there. So let's go ahead and dive into first thing right now in true crime, the Donna Adelson of it all. Now, her trial was set to start. Jerry's election was going to be starting on Tuesday of this week, and then from there they were going to be starting the trial. Now Charlie and all of the others have been on the witness list. We have known this for a hot minute. And the same attorney that represented Charlie Adelson, Daniel Rashbaum, also was going to be representing Donna Adelson. So yeah, there was some back and forth. Is it a conflict of interest? Is it not? And then on Monday night, Charlie Adelson's appellate attorneys ended up filing a notice with the court basically saying he is evoking his sixth Amendment right to have his previous attorney client communications with Daniel rashbaumb kept private and he will not waive it because he is in the process of his case still being appealed. So these appellate lawyers basically were arguing that Daniel Rashbaum should not be able to cross examine Charlie Adelson because Charlie was a state's witness, he would be up for cross examination by Daniel Rashbaum or his panel of defense attorneys, and he basically said that he did not want that to happen. So they were trying to sort everything out. But then in the midst of all of that, Daniel Rashbaum went ahead and said that he is going to withdraw himself from the case, leaving Donna without an attorney to represent her. So this whole thing just literally blew up that day Tuesday, the day of jury selection. They had people there waiting for jury selection, like they took off from their jobs. They are there, they are waiting and they're hopefully thinking that they're going to be able to start forming this jury and then Daniel Rashbaum goes ahead. And excuses himself. So then they were asking Daniel Rashbaum's fellow defense attorney, Alex Morris, if he felt like he could be prepared to move forward alone with the trial, and he basically said no, that he needs time to regroup and get his life together. So now there is a case management hearing that is set for October fifteenth, and the judge will likely set a new trial date by that point. Holy Molly. When Georgia Kappelman, who is the prosecutor for this whole case and was the prosecutor and Charlie case, when they asked her if she had any comments, she said nothing, basically nothing that I can say aloud, meaning like I have some choice words. Because this all could have been taken care of beforehand. This is insane. I have no words. Donna was crying throughout this whole thing when everything was going down. It is a freaking hot mess disaster. And I feel really bad for Dan Markel's family because they have sat through so many trials trying to get justice for Dan, and it has taken a long time to get here to Donna, I almost said Wendy Agelson. So the trial never even got started and it was already over. So I get it because in the long run, if they were to continue with Daniel Rashbaum representing Donna, it could come back in appeals and be overturned, and then they would have to do this again and again and again, and that. Is also not what we want. So as much as I hate it that it played out this way, I think in the long run it is going to be a good thing. And hopefully they can start to proceed on with their plan and the trial will be rescheduled sooner rather than later. So that is that for the Donna Adelson update. Moving on to Idaho four case update, BK has officially moved to Aida County in Boise, Idaho. His trial is going to be now. Happening there and a judge named Judge Steven Hipler is going to be overseeing this case. And it is a little farther out, so it's about five and a half to six hours from Moscow to Boise, so it. Is further away. It is still an Idaho of course, so we're going to see how this plays out. Trial set for summer of twenty twenty five, and I am going to do everything in my power to be present for at least one to two days of this trial because I have followed this from the very second it broke until present day and I feel like I need to be there. So the Long Island serial killer Rex Huerman, that whole situation, We're going to do a little rundown synopsis on what's going on currently. There was a press conference that happened on Monday, and this one is in reference to the victim who is referred to as Asian Doe. So investigators are seeing the public's help in identifying an Asian victim. The remains were discovered along Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach in twenty eleven, and this victim is referred to as Asian Dough and they are a biological male of Asian descent between the ages of seventeen and twenty three, and they were found wearing women's clothing, so they think that this person potentially could have identified as a woman or was known by others as being a woman. Investigators do believe that the victim died in two thousand and six or earlier from blunt force trauma. Their remains were not. Discovered until April of twenty eleven, and they said that this victim did suffer a violent death. It was asked if this victim is potentially somebody that could be tied to Rex Humermen, and they said that this person's body was found three hundred or so feet from where one of Rex's victim is, Megan Waterman was found, so definitely in that vicinity. But they said, each one. Of these victims they have their own crime scene and they're just basically trying to separate each crime scene one by one and work their way through them. So, although they said it's nice to speculate, there is no way to bring charges until they have worked their way through this case a little bit more, and that starts with identifying who this person is. However, they did say that they could charge someone in the death of Asian Doe without knowing their identity, but knowing their identity is going to. Be a big piece of this puzzle. So Asian Doe is about five feet six inches tall, was wearing a blue ribbed short sleeve shirt, women's pants, and a bra. They said that the victim may have been working as a sex worker and spent some time in New York City. Before they passed away. They brought in a forensic artist to examine the victim's skull and from that they were able to create images of what the victim may have looked like with both short and long hair, and they are working through the genetic geneology and they have determined that it is likely the victim was of South Chinese descent. And they also said that Asian people are very underrepresented in the genealogy database that authorities use to help solve these cases. So identifying this victim. Is very crucial, but it has proved to be a big challenge for investigators. So if you are listening to this podcast, go upload your DNA into ancestry twenty three and meters all of those databases so that we can help solve some of these cold cases. When I talk about acious case, which I'm going to be doing very soon. You are going to realize why it is so important to have your DNA in these databases that law enforcement can access, because you might be the familial DNA connection that they need to help solve one of these cold cases. So go upload your DNA. That is my PSA of the day. It's like forty bucks on ancestry and it is well worth it. So they are quoted as to saying this person had a name, they had family, this person had friends. We're reaching out to anyone who might have known this individual to help us with identification. They are offering a twenty five hundred dollars reward for information leading to. The identification of this victim. And if you just google search Asian dough, you can see all of the renderings of what they looked like with short hair, what they look like with long hair when they were dressing up as a female. So this person deserves to be identified and they deserve to have justice served. In their death. And if rex Huerman is involved, which probably more likely than not, he is because it's in that same vicinity this person was allegedly a sex worker, this person deserves justice. So I will be sure to keep you updated on that because I have a feeling that there is many, many more of these to come in the Long. Island serial killer victim log. Okay, last, but not least a moment I never thought I would see in my lifetime, Ditty was arrested. There is a lot in all of the indictment charges, all the things, but prosecutors are alleging that he created and ran a criminal enterprise through his business empire that engaged in crimes including sex, trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, obstruction of justice. There's a lot, and there's a heck of a lot more that is probably going to be coming out. I have known that Ditty was a rotted human for probably about ten years of time, and I am so glad that people are finally paying attention and finally realizing that this is a rotted ass human and there's a whole lot more like him in Hollywood and in politics. There is a whole lot more where that came from. So if you're shocked by Ditty, I suggest you do a lot, little bit more research because there is going. To be a lot of bombs dropped. Maybe potentially if Diddy decides to talk, and it is going to get wild and insane. I am a. Big pop culture guru. Besides true crime, I love pop culture and I have been listening to a podcast since it started called Beyond the Blinds. Now blind items are basically like celebrity gossip. But there has been a lot, and I mean a lot of. Celebrity blinds that have been proven to be true. And Beyond the Blinds did an episode on Diddy in November of last year. And now that it's all kind of coming to light, everyone's like, oh, yeah, well, maybe he is not a good stand up person. Maybe he did do all of this bad stuff. There's videos of him literally abusing women, like literally abusing women outright in the open, and then there's so much more where that came from. So this is going to get wild. There are probably going to be names dropped, and there's probably going to be a lot of surprises floating around. So this is just the start of it. And I've never been. More ready for something in my life than this what's going on right now. So he did try to get bond and they denied it, and then he tried again and they denied it. And finally, the power shift is officially shifting, and it's shifting away from Diddy having all the power and getting away with all the things. So I for one am elated. Check it out. And with all of that. Being said, this is a long, long, long right now in true crime, we are going to go ahead and get into this week's episode. All right, guys, today we are. Jumping into a brand new case that desperately needs our attention. I first want to talk. About how I happened upon this story. So the first year that I went to Crime Con, it was in twenty twenty one in Austin. The very first talk panel session that we went to was from Authrum Labs that is located in the Woodlands, Texas, and they are doing amazing advances in DNA technology and genealogy, familial DNA, They're doing all of the things. So they highlighted a particular case, Carla Walker, who we've talked about in the past, and then at the end they opened it up for questions and one of the individuals who got up was a man named Tony Bemis. I would later find out who he was, and he talked about how he had a son who was named Keith Bemis, and he was in the Navy, and he was found dead and it was very quickly ruled a suicide, but he had reason to believe that there was something more at hand, that it wasn't a suicide, and that Keith was murdered. And instantly I was intrigued by the story. I felt so bad for this poor man who just sounded like he wanted to get justice for his son and have his case investigated and looked into a little bit more. So I came home and I looked his case up. I found a lot of information online regarding his case. I posted the case. To Katie and I's True Crime group, and I, for some reason, have just always felt a pull towards this story and towards this case. I can't explain why. When I went to Crime Con in twenty twenty one, I had never really listened to a podcast. I had maybe listened to Live and Die in LA and that was about it. I was not a podcast listener. That's just not anything that I partooken. I don't know why. I have no reason why, because now it literally consumes my entire life. But when I made the decision to. Start this podcast, I thought, I think I need to cover Keith's case. This is such an important case to cover. But I wanted to make sure I did it right, and I wanted to make sure that I had the background information correct, and I wanted to make sure that I covered the case in a way that was respectful to Keith and respectful to his family and those that loved him. So I did reach out to Tony, Keith's father to get his blessing on doing a podcast about Keith, and we kind of chatted back and forth a little bit, and I did listen to some other podcasts that had covered Keith's story. Just so I could get a full picture. Of what exactly was going on here and what exactly was going on with Keith's story. So, with all of that being said, today we are going to be talking about the mysterious death of Navy Chief Petty Officer John Keith be Miss, So you're gonna hear me refer to him as Keith. He went by the name Keith. John was a family. Name and there was a lot of John's in the family, So Keith quickly became his name, and everyone knew him, Ask Keith. He was thirty years old when he was found shot in his condo in Spring Valley, California, on August seventh of twenty twelve. The circumstances surrounding his death would become a huge mystery for his family. Since that day and still to this day in twenty twenty four, they are still searching for answers. We are going to dive into Keith's life and then we'll go into the circumstance surrounding his death. John Keith Bemis was born on September twenty eighth of nineteen eighty one in Ohio to his parents, Sue and Tony Beamis. He was one of five children and was the oldest of his siblings. When he graduated high school in two thousand, he enlisted into the Navy because he very much wanted to give back to his country and to help people. At the start of his naval training, he went to Great Lakes Naval Training in Illinois. Then from there he went to San Diego and ended up staying there until two thousand and five, and then from there he traveled to San Angelo until about two thousand and nine. He really enjoyed being in the Navy, and he was twelve years into his Navy career and he was very close to getting his degree and becoming an officer. Keith was promoted to CPO in twenty ten, which stands for Chief Petty Officer. Keith was a air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic assigned to the USS Independence that was docked in in San Diego, California. He also was fluent in Spanish and would at times work as a translator. He was very ambitious and would always see things through to the end. He worked at this suicide prevention team on his ship and was one of the people that was trained to recognize the signs when someone was struggling. He was very giving and helpful to those around him. At one point in time, he helped a single mom pay her college tuition so she could further her education and provide a better life for herself and for her child. Keith was just that kind of guy. I do want to do a little bit of reading from Keith's obituary because I want to highlight some of the things that were said in the obituary, because I really think it gives you an insight into the kind of person that Keith was. He loved to cook and entertain. He was part of the Delfo Saint John's football team, which won the state championships in nineteen ninety seven and nineteen ninety eight. Keith also ran cross country during his senior year to stay in shape so that he could join the Navy. Keith also ran track all four years of high school. He is a member of the Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church and graduated in two thousand from Delpho's Saint John High School. He earned his associate's degree in criminal justice and marketing from San Diego State University and was also working towards his bachelor's degree at the time of his death. Chief Petty Officer Bemis was on active duty with the US Navy in San Diego. Bemis began his career by serving on the USS Lake Champlain and providing support to ground troops during their first Afghanistan campaign. The Navy recognized him as Sailor of the Month in February two thousand and four for his efforts in preventing a fire which could have destroyed his ship. After that, Beamis was recruited for the Navy in West Texas, where he was a top recruiter. Recently, Beamis served as an engineer on the USS Independence and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for navigation in the Panama Canal. So I think that very much gives you a little sneak peek and glimpse into the kind of person that Keith was. He was always willing to help people. One of those people that would literally give you the shirt off of his back, and he was very motivated. He wanted to progress, and he wanted to further his education, and he was really thriving in the Navy and winning awards and helping people out. He was just an all around good guy. So Keith had an on and off again girlfriend from Tijuana, Mexico, who he had met in two thousand and nine. She has not been publicly named in any of the documents or anything pertaining to Keith's case, so we are just going to call her Keith's girlfriend. I have heard her called Maria on some platforms, but we're just going to call her Keith's girlfriend. So they had met in two thousand and nine. She was from Tijuana, Mexico, and like I said, they were very on again, off again because they would often break up when. Keith would end up deploying. In twenty twelve, he had confided in his parents that he was going to go ahead and ask this girl's father for her hand in marriage. However, there were some issues that popped up because Keith had expressed to this woman that he wanted her to sign a prenup. And the reason for this was that Keith had owned a home in Texas that he had intended for his parents to be able to retire to, and he of course wanted to protect it. It was his he had invested in it, and it was for his parents' future, so he wanted to protect that. So by the end of the summer of twenty twelve, their relationship was very much up in the air again. Because once he asked her to sign this prenup, I think it did cause some tensions in their relationship. So it is now August seventh of twenty twelve, and a woman that Keith worked with showed up to work early and Keith was always there, and this particular day, Keith wasn't there, and Keith was a very prompt person, so she became pretty worried. She ended up calling him and it went straight to voicemail. So she decided she was going to wait a little while to see if Keith would show up or call, but when he didn't, she then called law enforcement so they could do a welfare check. Law enforcement arrives on the scene and they see that Keith's vehicles and his motorcycle are parked outside of the condo, so they figure he is inside. They knocked and attempted to make contact, but there was no answer and everything seemed to be pretty dark. Everything was locked up, everything was dark. The doors and the windows were also all locked. They ended up making their way into the condo and began to search the property. It was then that they found Keith's body in his bedroom near the foot of his bed. He was lying on his back in his full uniform. He also had on his motorcycle helmet and at this point rigamortis had already started setting in and Keith was deceased. Life saving measures were not performed at this point. The only interviews that were conducted were with that of Keith's neighbor, and they reported last seeing Keith go into his condo around ten pm the night before, and this neighbor had asked if Keith wanted to do a workout and Keith said he didn't feel up. For it and ended up going inside. There was also neighbors that told the family that for whatever reason, Keith parked his truck in the handicap parking, which is something he normally would not do. This neighbor also said she reported hearing something between the time Keith went in his condo at ten pm and eleven pm that night and it sounded like something was hitting the ground. The medical examine was called in and pretty much immediately this. Death was treated as a suicide. There were two notes that were found on scene, but neither one of these was a suicide note. One was a thank you card from a neighbor and the other one was a note from his on again, off again girlfriend. We do not have any way of knowing when this note was given to Keith and when. He received it. Upon investigating the scene, they did find one forty caliber bullet. The initial police report said that there was a bullet hole in the living room ceiling which was under the room where Keith was shot. They did determine that Keith was lying down on his back when he was shot, which would indicate that one bullet hole going in through the floor into the ceiling in the room underneath him. So according to investigators, according to the medical examiner, this was a pretty cut and dry case that this was a suicide. Case closed, no questions asked. A couple of things that were discovered prior to Keith's death. He had done two things. He had placed a load of laundry in the washer and he had placed some food in the microwave right before he died. So here's where I'm going to talk about Ellen Greenberg. I did her story one of the first episodes I ever did, and Ellen Greenberg also allegedly committed suicide and stabbed herself multiple multiple multiple times, which we all know is impossible. And right before she allegedly committed suicide. She was cutting up her fruit salad and then decided in the middle of cutting up this fruit salad that she was going to stab herself multiple areas of her body and commit suicide. At least that's what investigators wanted you to think, because her case was ruled a suicide even despite the evidence pointing to the contrary. So the fact that Keith was very much a ambitious person. He worked on the suicide prevention. Team on his ship, he kind of knew the signs of being depressed, and he was also the kind of person that if he was upset about something, he would try to handle it, and he did laundry, he cooked some food. To me, that shows a guy doing his normal, everyday tasks that he does, and not somebody who was about to take their life. So once Keith's family got the news of his apparent suicide, they couldn't believe it, not even for a second. Tony and Sue knew their son, and things ended up taking a bigger turn. When they traveled to California to Keith's condo to see things for themselves, they discovered not only one, but two bullet holes in the ceiling. However, from law enforcement's perspective, there was only one bullet that was ever recovered from the scene. So the question that I ask you is, how can you commit suicide and shoot yourself twice? That does not make sense. There was also when Tony and Sue arrived to the scene, a cardboard box that was covering the spot where Keith had died, and Tony moved the box and he saw this giant spot of blood underneath it, and Tony, when he was inquiring about it, was told that the blood spot was from the back of Keith's motorcycle helmet, and for some reason, Tony didn't think that this seemed right. The evidence in the crime scene wasn't exactly adding up to what Tony and. Sue had been told. The case was seemingly closed and rolled a suicide, and there was no room for any further discussion, no matter what the family's personal thoughts and feelings were. But Tony and Sue did not understand this. Although they had lived a few states away from Keith, nobody that was around Keith said that they had any indication of Keith being depressed or ever expressing any issues. Keith was always really good about expressing his feelings or if he was having issues with something. He realized how important this was since he had worked so closely with the suicide prevention team on the Navy ship. Keith's naval records showed no mental health issues or record of any medical issues for that matter, so none of this added up. The fact that he went home, put his uniform on, put his helmet on, and then proceeded to take his life did not make any sense whatsoever. So Sue and Tony were already very doubtful that this was a case of suicide. But things got even more interesting once the family received Keith's belongings. They ended up receiving mostly everything except for his laptop, which was taken by the Navy and wipe clean, and the family was never told why they weren't allowed to have their son's laptop back, or why it was taken in the first place. You can do with that information what you want. I have my own suspicions. And ideas about that whole thing. But one of the things they received was all of Keith's furniture, and when Tony looked at it, he saw what he believed were homophobic slurs written into the furniture, so from there his antennas are up. He's thinking this is something more than is being told to us. There was more to this. So they ended up requesting the full autopsy report, including all the photographs of Keith's body. In some of the photos, Tony noted that he sees more of these homophobic slurs written on Keith's body, as well as some of the photos of the room after the crime, he sees those type of things as well. The autopsy itself does not mention the slurs, however, Tony sees them and believes that they are there. There were also some scratches on Keith's left hand, However, there weren't enough to deem as defense wounds and for whatever reason, this doesn't make a lick of sense to me, but Keith's hands were not tested for gunshot residue. The family did end up getting the gun back, the gun that was allegedly used that Keith used to allegedly take his own life, and this gun did have Keith's DNA on it, but when it was tested independently, they noted that the gun looked like it had been wiped down. The family ended up testing Keith's three guns for forensic evidence, including this gun. That was allegedly used to take his own. Life, and no blood, blowback, or remains were found on any of Keith's guns. There was also, oddly enough, hair that was found in Keith's mouth with no explanation whatsoever. The family very much wanted homicide investigators to explore different motives and theories of what might have happened to their son, because they knew that Keith did not die by his own hand and he did not do this, but according to law enforcement, according to the Navy, this was an open and shutcase. In May of twenty fourteen, Tony and Sue Bemis took their concerns to the Armed Forces Medical Examiner Office, and Tony had a few questions. He wasn't sure how Keith could have fit a forty caliber gun into his mouth with a full faced helmet on. They of course rebutted and said that it would be possible for him to fit the gun in his helmet. They also didn't see anything that Tony had saw in regards to the homophobic slurs and pretty much dismissed that right away. So the family ended up on their own sending the autopsy report and pictures to a friend, and this friend forwarded those to a medical examiner that he knew that lived in Ohio and very quickly said, to me, this looks like a homicide. At this point, they. Were basically told that the military had called that medical examiner and said you need to destroy any files that you have in connection with this case. And the friend who they had originally contacted, he had a son who was in the Navy, and he was told, if you continue on with this, your son is going to be dishonorably discharged if you don't stop pursuing this. So with that, they both stopped pursuing it. The family ended up talking to a formal Naval Criminal Investigation Service agent and he said he thought that the gun was planted because of the position of the gun in ordinance to Keith's body. He said that in a regular suicide, the gun typically is going to fall on the victim's chest, and the gun in this case was next to Keith on the floor. And I looked at the crime scene photos and it very much seems like a stage scene. It doesn't make any sense in my opinion. That this was ruled a suicide. Pretty much from the get go, and almost one of those situations where it seems staged and they're just going to say this was a suicide in hopes that nobody is going to question it and no one is going to dig a little deeper. But the Navy got Tony and Sue be Miss as the victim's parents, and they weren't going to let this one rest, as they shouldn't. So Tony and Sue be Miss at this point thinks that their son was targeted and murdered. So five months before his death, Keith had casually mentioned to his parents that he had a set of keys to his condo that had gone missing. So wherehere are those keys? Who has them? Did somebody take them? Where are those keys? Were those keys used to enter Keith's condo, set him up in a particular way, take his life, and then exit the condo, lock the doors, and just disappear. Now, another important fact to bring up is that Keith did share his condo with another man who was also in military in. The Navy, and maybe. Keith wasn't the target, maybe it was this other person. However, they didn't live at the condo at the same time. When Keith was deployed the other guy would live there, and when the other guy was deployed, Keith would live there, so they weren't really ever there. They had their own space, even though they did technically share a space. The other guy who had this condo with Keith did have a girlfriend who ran with a tough crowd, but there was no investigation ever done into her. And they also kind of looked similar, especially when they were in their military gear and they had a very similar haircut. Could it have been a case of mistaken identity. I really don't know, and there's never been any investigation into this, so it's, like I said, very much an open and shut case of this was a suicide and we're not going to look into it any further. The family also very much wonders why the laptop was taken, and no one has been able to tell them why. To this day, they still have never received the laptop. That was one question I had for Tony when I talked to him. Did you ever get the laptop? And he said, no, laptop, never have gotten it, No information. Apparently it was wiped clean. So what was the modeive here? If Keith was murdered, which I do believe, there is a high likelihood that he was. Why who would want to target this person that was so helpful to everybody? Did it have. Something to do with Keith's work At the time of Keith's death, he was helping a female soldier who was dealing with some sexual harassment and he was very outspoken. He had no issues standing his ground and standing up. To issues like this. Did his death have something to do with his involvement in helping this girl? Was he targeted for this reason? We do not know. At the end of the day. I think it's really fair for the family to ask for this to be investigated a little further because it was so quickly ruled as a suicide and Tony and Sue just want an investigation into their son's death. There are way too many discrepancies in this case to open and shut it as quickly as they did. And it reminds me so much of Ellen Greenberg's case in all aspects where none of it really makes sense. And one of the main similarities in these two cases is they both have parents that are not going to stop until they get the answers. And I think in my telling of the story today, me highlighting everything I did really tells the story of something that. Deserves a second look. But that is going to take law enforcement and the Navy taking some accountability for their lack of investigation and going back to square one, sitting with Tony, sitting with Sue and going through things, looking at the autopsy photos, going back around, looking at the initial investigation questioning a few more people. It's going to take them owning up to their lack of initiation when Keith was first found. And I think anyone can agree that anyone who loses a child in this way would want things thoroughly investigated. They are not asking for anything out of the ordinary other than their son's case to be thoroughly investigated. And what is the harm if they are so certain that this was a suicide, What is the harm in say down with Tony and Sue and going through the evidence. What is the harm? That is my question? There is none, So why don't they do it? Keith's family very much deserves answers, and I know in my heart that they are not going to stop fighting until they receive these answers. And there is some type of investigation in to Keith's death. There is an online petition that was started by Tony Bemis to reopen the death investigation of John Keith Bemis. It was started in October of twenty eighteen, and I am going to be posting the link to this petition in the show notes. I ask you guys to please take a minute to sign this petition. The more signatures we can get on this petition, the quicker and sooner hopefully somebody will take notice that there are people that are supporting the Bemis family and are in support of them reopening this investigation into Keith's death. So I am going to be sharing that. Please, please, please take one minute of your time and sign the petition, and then share the petition and let's use social media and the power that we have to help propel this case forward, because if nothing else, at the end of the day, it deserves a second look. Ellen Greenberg's parents did a very similar thing, and they finally have more eyes now on Ellen's case than ever before. And that is what I want to happen with Keith's case. I want it to reach so many people and for so many people to be questioning what really happened, that they reopen this case and that they are willing to look into it a little further.
